The heating system is based on cutting-edge geothermal technology, harnessing the natural heat of the ground without CO₂ emissions.

How does it work?

Geothermal probes 160 meters deep capture the earth’s heat and distribute it throughout the residences and common areas at an ideal temperature of 35–40°C.
Our reversible heat pumps ensure uniform and efficient heating, reducing energy consumption.
For peak demand and the production of domestic hot water, the system is supported by a methane gas boiler supplied by AIL, used only when necessary to optimize consumption.

A PLEASANT COOLNESS DURING SUMMER

Resort Collina d’Oro uses the same geothermal technology to absorb excess heat and release it back into the ground.

How do we ensure optimal comfort even in summer?

For all common areas and the SPA, the reversible heat pumps extract heat while maintaining a fresh and comfortable environment. The absorbed heat is then dissipated into the ground through geothermal probes, naturally reintegrating thermal energy into the subsoil and ensuring a constant energy balance.
In the apartments, there is a centralized direct expansion cooling system, which allows you to maintain an optimal comfort temperature during the hottest seasons.
