Residence Resort Collina d’Oro enjoys an extraordinary location—one of the sunniest in Switzerland—with over 2,500 hours of sunshine per year. This privileged setting is home to a 250,000 m² private park, the green heart of the residential complex.

Part of the area has been preserved as natural parkland, while another portion has been dedicated to the restoration of historic vineyards and the cultivation of an organic garden. The landscape project has been meticulously designed: existing vegetation has been carefully restored and enriched with native species chosen for their botanical value throughout the seasons, thanks to staggered blooms, decorative foliage, and plants with prized bark.

Within the estate, five historic stone farmhouses—restored with care and respect—are harmoniously integrated into the landscape and now offer guests spaces for relaxation and activities. The park is crossed by one of Ticino’s most enchanting fitness trails, providing the opportunity for exercise or peaceful walks in a serene and revitalizing setting.
